| "ALEBRIJES" "Alebrijes" are hand-carved and painted imaginative figures found primarily in the southern Mexican state of Oaxaca (pronounced "wa-ha-ka"). Alebrijes are strange figures of dreams or fantasies painted in astonishing colors. They are highly collectible, one-of-a-kind creatures. finely balanced with many
removable parts, including
leg-spurs, wings, ears, nostril
spur, and flame-tongue. It is a
